We offer individualised physical training plans and nutrition guidance.

Remote Training

I'll design an exercise program for you to follow, delivered via MyPTHub app, working towards your goals. Loosing weight, gaining strength or muscle. I'll bring the gym to you and guide you through the exercises, ensuring correct technique and that you keep on track.

1-2-1 Training

Face to face training. I'll design an exercise program for you to follow, working towards your goals. Loosing weight, gaining strength or muscle. I'll bring the gym to you and guide you through the exercises, ensuring correct technique and that you keep on track.

Hybrid Training

Unable to attend physical training as much as you'd like. I'll be there to guide you through the exercises once a week and give you further exercises to complete on your own. 


Small Group

Need to share the cost? Want to work out with family or friends? Small group training is the way to go. Up to four people training together and motivating each other.
